Chuck's Steak and Seafood
Chuck's Steak and Seafood serves only the
finest quality USDA PRIME meats, perfectly aged, hand-cut on the premises,
then grilled over lava rock. All entrees
include choice of baked potato, rice, french fries, or baked local sweet potato, along with Chuck's
Famous All-You-Can-Eat Salad Bar.
STEAKS
SIRLOIN: |
The all-around steak at a full 10 oz., which is also available in a "petite" 6 oz. size
for lighter appetites. |
TERIYAKI SIRLOIN: |
The same prime sirloin marinated in our home made teriyaki
sauce. |
NEW YORK STRIPLOIN: |
The most flavorful cut - the king of steaks
at a whole 12 oz. |
FILET: |
By far the most tender steak. trimmed very lean
at 10 oz, also available in a "petite" 6 oz. |
LAMB CHOPS: |
Two 7 oz. bone-in chops topped with fresh grilled pineapple. |
We also have nightly steak specials, such as our signature boneless Ribeye steak, a hearty 14 oz. cut that is flavored with a local-style marinade and basted with mango chutney.
COMBOS AND ISLAND FAVORITES
SIRLOIN & LOBSTER: |
The lobster tail is removed from
the shell and grilled right next to the steak. |
SIRLOIN & SCALLOPS: |
Scallops are seared and sauteed with garlic
and a little butter. |
TERIYAKI CHICKEN: |
A timeless Hawaiian tradition - teriyaki-marinated boneless breast
of local chicken. |

A 6 oz. sirloin served along side 4 breaded and golden fried shrimp. |
| BEEF KABOBS: |
8 oz. of Prime Sirloin cubed and skewered with bell pepper, tomato, onion, and pineapple. |

FRESH FISH: |
Grilled, sauteed, or the Chef's "Tropical Treatment." |
LOBSTER TAIL: |
The tail is Chuck's favorite part, so we remove
it from the shell and throw it on the grill. |
SHRIMP SCAMPI: |
Seared and finished with garlic, butter, and
a dash of sherry. |
JUMBO SCALLOPS: |
Seared and finished with garlic, butter, and
a dash of sherry. |
FRIED SHRIMP: |
Breaded and golden fried. |
SEAFOOD PLATTER: |
Grilled fresh local fish, shrimp, scallops, and steamed King Crab. |
