Chuck's is well-known for serving only the
finest quality USDA PRIME meats, perfectly aged then handcut on the premises,
with all excess fat carefully trimmed. Grilled over lava rock. All entrees
include choice of baked potato, rice or french fries along with Chuck's
Famous All-You-Can-Eat Salad Bar. A full menu listing
is also available.

We also have nightly specials such as our signature bone in Ribeye steak
(a hearty 16 oz) that is marinated briefly in soy sauce, amber beer, real
maple syrup, and basted with a little mango chutney when it comes off
the grill.
