KoOlina is truly a "Wahi Pana" (special place) and Chuck's is proud to be part of the KoOlina ohana. The near shore land along the Leeward Coast has always been an important area. Through the ages this " `Ae Kai" (place where sea and land meet) is where the bounty of the land and the abundance of the ocean come together. Select produce and prime meat from the "`Aina" (land, earth) compliment fresh fish and seafood from the fish ponds and the "Moana Kai" (open ocean).
